I feel that every one did a great job. But you need more Legacy's and WRX's for the customers to test drive and to purchase on site rather then have to wait for weeks for deliver.

Had a great experience purchasing our Outback through Lynn Holmgren. She has a friendly, no pressure approach. She was always more than willing to let us test drive as many vehicles as we wanted, and we got what we felt was a really good year-end, win-win deal on our Outback. When she brought us out to go over the vehicle with us she acted like she would have been glad to stay there half the night to show us all the features and how everything worked. And this was late Saturday evening. Nice touch :-) And kudos to Amber, the finance officer who was very professional and pleasant to work with. If I may, I want suggest an area of improvement. If it's the same with the Subaru as it is for the Toyota's, Kendall's service department will not replace windshield wiper blades while your vehicles is in for service. I feel that should part of what a service department does. If it costs me a few more bucks for the service tech to do it, so be it. But if I'm paying the price for OEM parts at the dealer, there shouldn't be a charge for replacing my wiper blades other than the cost of the parts. I feel this tarnishes the armor just a bit in what I consider to be an otherwise good service department . Kendall could take a lesson from Seekins Ford in Fairbanks, where they have "Quick Lane" for no appointment needed oil changes, tire rotations, and some relatively uncomplicated diagnostics. And, when I ask to have my wiper blades or inserts replaced, it's done as part of the service, instead of receiving the suggestion of going down to Napa Auto and buying and replacing them myself. This isn't a huge deal, but none-the-less a point I consider worth mentioning. To end on a positive note, so far we are totally thrilled with our Outback and over-all, are happy with our dealings with Kendall.

+ work and life forced me to reschedule a service 3-4 times yet the service folks were accommodating to this + shuttle service was excellent + estimated service time and completion was accurate
