Servicemen are very helpful and patient. I believe they are looking out for the customer. As a dealership you do have comparable prices(and cheaper) for oil changes. Thank you!

It was a great experience that I had with you. The sales agent treated me great. She cover all my needs in the process of the purchase. Thank y'all for your services. A good customer service is the key and you already have it.

On 12/05/14 I came in for a 3,000 mile oil/lube, etc. on my 2010 Subaru Outback. The service manager noted that a 60,000 mile service had not been completed and so I agreed to have it done. The projected cost of $1400 left me stunned! I decided to have the work completed…..feeling that I had no choice if I was to comply with the warranty I had purchased through Kendall. I continue to be stunned and curious at the labor cost of $1021.20. I do not have a Chilton Service Guide available to check this amount for what I believe (though not on the invoice) was 5-6 hours of labor. It was not noted on the invoice whether or not the rear differential fluid was replaced as noted on the 3/14 MPI plan….I did not receive a copy of the MPI at my 7/2/14 and 12/14 visits. Also there was no check/replacement of headlight bulbs that I had requested. Unless service at Kendall is mandatory for warranty assurance, I will have my Outback serviced by a friend who has serviced my cars for twenty-two years. I just found your $1400 fee very excessive and unfair. I appreciated the use of a rental car while my car was serviced and the very kind gal who wrote up the rental paperwork…..twice. Brenda Sadler
