Excellent service. And, outstanding follow-up. My sales lady was very interested in accommodating my budget needs. She even gave me a sandwich and pretzels. And, the rest of the team was very friendly. I was so happy that I called my buddy so she can also buy a Subaru. And, the trade was excellent. The waiting was worth it. I'll do it all over again. The folks in the service department are extremely helpful and pleasant. That is a wonderful combination. Yesterday I needed special consideration to have some work done, and it happened! Normally the regular service scheduling works just fine for me because it is always done so well in so far as customer relations AND technical expertise in the work itself. This time I needed to get a small job done right away and I was provided with the flexibility I needed.

Our intake service technician is what made our experience great. David was excellent at communicating with us. He gave us updates frequently and made us feel competent in his ability to get our car in and out as quickly as Kendall was able to.

Service was prompt. Waited in lounge which has free wifi. Added a free tire rotation. Was given a written explanation of work performed, and areas to check on in next service. There were no surprise costs.

The service tech was very accommodating, professional, and helped explain the breakdown of the work. The work was done in a timely manner and my car was so clean when I picked it up!

I had a problem the first time I brought my car in for service and to get the headlight fixed. You had me bring the car back in the next time I was in town and you took me in without an appt and fixed it with no hassle. You treated me extremely nice. THANK YOU!!!
