They were super busy, but made time to squeeze in my car. They found the problem quickly, replaced the part and it was all done by the time I got of work. I am happy with their work and for getting my car fixed quickly and at a good price.

I just purchased a 2014 used Outback last fall, and this was my first experience with the Kendall service department. They were extremely fast and efficient. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and had a complete report of what had been done and what still needed to be done, including the cost of both. I'm impressed so far.

Multiple service managers who do the intake paperwork allows them to process vehicles quickly. I like being able to drive the car into the enclosed processing area so it's warm when they work on it in winter. Shuttle service can be slow but at least is available. In my experience, they only do the work that is needed. My last repair was estimated at $3,600 based on previous multi-point inspection, but only required $2,100 in the end. Only downside is no real quiet area in the waiting room: 2 TV's tuned to different stations in one end, child's playroom with DVD player in the other.

Kendall provided excellent customer service. I flew from Anchorage to Fairbanks to pick up the vehicle (Subaru Outback.) The car and the contract was exactly as promised.

Kendall Subaru service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Waiting area was clean and good snacks.Will continue to have car serviced there.

everyone was most helpful. friendly. concerned. forgot to check to see if washed the car. glad they do that. don't think they have stopped that. wish they would have someone there to clean inside car, as I can't do much of that anymore. thanks for the snacks too. and CLEAN RESTROOMS.
