my recent car buying experience was great! This is my second vehicle that I've purchased from Kendall Subaru Fairbanks and has been by far the easiest, and most relaxing vehicle purchase ever! I utilized the online sales consultants that Kendall has to ask questions, negotiate, and ultimately finalize the sale. When I showed up for my appointment the vehicle was ready to go! I was in and out of there within the hour. Elizabeth Karr was a knowledgable sales person that answered all my questions, kept in contact, and saw the sale all the way through to completion. Just had an oil change done. Had an appointment and they were prompt and on time with the service. They also took some time to explain some other services required on the car, which was nice... most places just tell you a bunch of car jargin and expect you to know what they mean.

Kenall Auto has terrific service. They are always very friendly and responsive to my needs. Because I know that I can depend on them, I don't look for any place else to take my car.

Asta did a wonderful job in her portion of our purchase. And Nick the manager always makes us feel like we are special. They detailed the car and filled it up very quickly. The only thing that we could possibly complain about is that it took a long time to get into finance to sign the final papers. And that is only because it was a Saturday and they were busy selling other cars. So, we ended up being at the dealer a lot longer than we would have liked but the people were all super friendly so it was not an unpleasant wait.
