I had first rate service. Nice facility to hang out in while I wait with my kids. Customer Service was great.

EXCELLENT service as usual from the time I drive my forester in until I get it back !!!! All the people working there are fantastic (knowledgable, very friendly and welcoming) from the service advisor to the cashier lady !!!.... and without forgetting the mechanics of course !!!

1.Tony the service attendant was great and he was able to work us in to have our service done for 30,000 miles. 2. I don't like the punch card being given up for a free lube after six paid lubes. 3. I think the cost for shop supplies should be itemized out like parts are done. 4. I thought the cost of the service was high.

I've always been happy with the service I get at Kendall Subaru in Fairbanks, Alaska. The work has been good and customer service outstanding.

Excellent service, my appointment time was met, work done even faster than estimated, and Kendall folks to a person were very professional and nice.

Work performed as great as always. There was an issue with testing my battery load that caused me to spend money that I did not need to; Kendal's battery tester was malfunctioning. However, George Hohman took ownership of the mistake and made it right. This was fantastic and indicates to me that they are honest with their customers.

Service was quick and affordable. I also enjoy the waiting area of the dealership, with small children the toy room is great! Staff is always friendly, and I enjoy the viewing bay to see your vehicle getting serviced (if in sight from the window) I look forward to many more years of service with them.
