Everyone is so friendly and accommodating!

Well I didn't plan on buying that Subaru Outback, but when your people took the time to show me the car and all the really nifty new gadgets it made all the difference. I spent a bit more than planned, but received more than expected. Definitely recommend Kendal Auto (for subaru's .. not so sure I like those other brands much).

When I brought my Outback in for service I was greeted immediately with a smile. The service took less than an hour and at the end the technician went over the service with me, painless.

Customer service representative and others at the Subaru service were welcoming and knowledgeable. My appointment time was anticipated and met. The service was well done, and done within the estimated time while I waited. While I waited I found that, other employees of Kendall were appropriately friendly, the coffee was good, and the restroom clean.

Many thanks to the team at Kendall Subaru for the first inspection of my 2015 Outback. This is my second one from Kendall with impeccable service every time.
