I scheduled my wife's 2002 Highlander for a check up. I thought the timing chain needed to be replaced and wanted the front end checked for wear. (138000 miles) To my surprise the 1000+ dollar scheduled service cost just 84 dollars. The service tech said he would not recommend replacement of timing belt as it was in good shape. In addition the front end and belts do not need work. You can trust this service department and their representivities.

The service was great! I was well taken care of from the time I booked the appointment to the moment I left in my truck! I was promptly greeted and explained I had another appointment soon. I was then sent over to the shuttle area where I was greeted with equally helpful staff that got me shuttled over to my apointment and back! And my truck was finished and looking great! Great work guys!!
