I actually got to the shop early. So I thought I would try getting in early instead of waiting for my scheduled appointment. They got me in early and got me out early. Staff were very friendly. Positive experience all around.

We were disappointed our appointment time was delayed over one hour. People that had missed their earlier appoint took president over our scheduled time. Our service representative was very nice and did everything possible to make things right.

Mark Sterling was professional and great about communicating updates on the maintenance of my car, as well as checking with me before any additional work was done. Quick, professional job by Kendall Service, as always. The shuttle service is always a great perk as well.

I bought my Tacoma from Kendall two years ago and the customer service I have received from them is outstanding. The salesman was awesome, and every service center employee I have dealt with has been outstanding as well. You can tell that Kendall makes customer service and customer satisfaction a top priority. I have never had such a great experience with a dealership before, and I've dealt with several. They make you feel like family. Free oil changes and service comes with the vehicle purchase, and even though that has ended, I will continue to visit Kendall for my oil change and service needs.
