The service I experienced with Toyota was impeccable. Even though I received incorrect information about being able to "walk-in" and have my car serviced the staff at Toyota was more than flexible. I did not have an appointment set up yet Norman was more than willing to fit my vehicle into the schedule. It took them 20 min less than what the quoted me to finish and they were extremely polite. So thankful for Norman and crew for being so willing to keep a customer happy.

Mike was fantastic today. Above and beyond service. They got me right in, kept me updated on status, and basically really stretched to go the extra mile. Ray is also great. he followed up on an old issue that had fallen through the cracks. i really appreciate the attention to detail, good humor, clear explanations, and dedication.

We have owned Toyota vehicles since 1983. Our first was a Tercel SR5 and sold after 279,560 miles. We have alwasy been impressed with our service and appreciate the extra things while being serviced. A free car wash, interior checked, tires rotated, and all fluids checked. We also like driving an American made vehicle, not a foreign made Chevy, Dodge, or (heaven help us) a Ford.

I had my car repaired at Kendall Toyota in Anchorage, Ak...Service was excellent!...I was provided with transportation to and from the facility when car was being serviced/repaired...My service agent, Michael Kim provided me with details about repairs before and after my car was serviced...he made sure the repairs were fair and affordable...it was an all around good experience for me, and my car is back in top condition! The battery was bad in my Camry Hybrid. The service department took me right in to check it out. They had ordered a new one for me and let me know as soon as it came in. The work was completed quickly and the personnel at Toyota are the very best.
