I didn't schedule am appointment when I found my maintenance light was on, and took my tundra to kendall toyota ' s service department. The greeter helped me choose a lane, and grabbed Mark Sterling as my advisor. About an hour in he called me and informed me of a recall and whether I wanted it done the same time.. i guess they got really busy, because an hour before I got off work he apologized that they couldn't get it done.. i couldn't get mad cause I didn't schedule an appointment. So when I went to go pick up my tundra, Mark had arranged for me to use a rental so I wouldn't have to add more miles to my truck!! And it was awesome!!!! Can't go wrong with a beautiful red 2014, totally teased me! Haha the next day he made sure I was able to get everything I needed fixed and gave me the rental free of charge! He rocks!!

Kendall did a great job servicing my vehicle. I like the extra things Toyota does like measure tire tread, brake pads, etc.

John McGee scheduled my Rav on the spot {8/14/15} and Gary Fischer completed the work. My traveling colleague was also very impressed with the excellent service and with Kendall dealership. Thank you again.

Great service friendly workers

Service was 8/14/15 I am late sending due to traveling and lack of Internet. I had the very best experience I could have had. John McGee was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in serving my needs. He reassured me of the condition of my Rav and made me feel comfortable in continuing my travels on to Alaska. Service was quite timely. John covered on all my concerns and some others. He also gave me a coupon to have my Rav washed and the two guys there were very thorough especially since I had traveled over construction roads and the vehicle was dirty. Thank you all for such an excellent experience for me.

Excellent Service. I arrived at 7am for my appointment and was out by 7:40. Very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy.
