My service writer was fast and efficient. I had accumulated more miles than we planned and my Tundra needed service more quickly that we had scheduled. The service writer put is quickly into the queue and the shuttle brought me quickly to work. The reverse process was much the same. The service writer and shuttle drivers were professional, courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to return to Kendall Toyota for service.

My appointment was for 1:50 pm. When I arrived at 1:20 pm, 30 minutes ahead of time I was told I was fourth in line for my appointment and to stay with my vehicle until someone checked me in. About 1:45 pm someone checked me in. So in the future I should not get there ahead of time? Right?
