I totally give you four stars...Norman was my service mgr..and did an outstanding job. took care of me right away..very honest about our business. got me in and out....five stars....NO! Toyota Kendell is very very expensive! My 2011 Tacoma Toyota...has had a lens problem all along. I tried to get it replace under warranty...from where I got it..but they kept making all kinds of excuses..no that it is really present...I was right and no one gives a hoot...but then while pricing them...you guys wouldn't even attempt to take it off and dry it up...you have to replace it...$350.00 for a lens...(what ever) but again..your service is awesome..

Got my 10k service. Kendall has it figured out, except for their signage in and around the waiting rooms. Never know if I'm supposed to stay in my car, which door I'm supposed to use, and once the car was done. Wish people would just text me when it's ready. The guys IN the garage were great.
