Appreciate the timely manner my RAV4 was serviced for the 25,000 mile inspection in that is was taken in at the appointed time and done in the hour allowed. And not with an astronomical charge was the best part. :)

I had a good experiance in the purchase of my new truck. The only thing I didn't care for was that I was getting contacted at the begining by several different people wanting to help, which was ok but I prefer to just deal with one person so as I am not confusing conversations.
