Nice experience! They are quick, thorough and reasonable in suggestions and pricing. Lounge/waiting area is clean and comfortable. I recommend this dealership to everyone. My wife doesn't even mind waiting with me.

I scheduled a appointment for my Tundra and brought it in. Good reception and everything went smooth. Got a call it was ready and was explained what was done. I also had a oil change. Came to pick it up and you need a better system. Finally got someone to pull the paperwork so I could pay at the cashier. Then it took over 15 minutes to find my vehicle. You need a better system.

My experience was exemplary. I brought my RAV4 in for recall adjustments and the technicians were efficient (I mean did the work in 5 hours, I was expecting the seven as I had been advised), AND did an all points inspection ALL at no additional charge to me. How could I not be a satisfied customer? Oh, did I mention this is the third Toyota I have bought from this dealer?

Outstanding job by Kendall. My Service Manager Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable. He saw that all work was done completely and a timely manner. He was also very cheerful, polite and customer focuses. Good job!

Overall, I was very pleased with this latest service experience. However, the need for this service should have been noticed when I had the vehicle in @ 120k mile service, & not noted by me @ 130k miles.
