I was choosing excellent for one of your employees Kim Hernandez at Kendall Toyota Collision center. She was extremely professional, very kind, always followed back up with me when I had questions. Even when I was frustrated calmed me down and resolved my issues quickly. I have been a customer of Kendall for 14 years and I must say Kim has been the best employee I have had to work with. The staff at Kendall Toyota in the Service Department were professional, knowledgeable, and considerate of our time. With this being our first Alaskan winter, we appreciated the honesty as they gave us options and didn't try to hard sell us on any service that wasn't essential to our safety or to the efficient working of our vehicle. We will go back! Great service and TLC...thank you to Justin and Jimmie...impressive.

Very good job and service on the oil change, except what was the insulation on the floor of the passenger seat about? Where did it come from? How did it just leap out by itself?

I was able to get my van in for oil change and tire rotation without a scheduled appointment. The service team was very helpful and I was in & out in less than 1 1/2 hours. Great service.
