The service was timely. Generous and the personal care rep did a great job. It would have been nice to have the car cleaned when received back. Other dealerships that is a norm. I did receive an exterior car wash voucher but hours are limited where it will be difficult to use it. Thank you!

From the time I arrived at the dealership the technician performed above my expectations. She greeted me, knew my name and the reason for service. She was pleasant and helpful throughout the time, updating me in a polite and helpful manner. I could not be more pleased. Thank you!

I had a few recall issues that needed to be fixed. The service was excellent from the time I stepped into the door until the work was finished. The shuttle service was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, efficient and the fresh cookies were a great bonus! Thank you Kendall Toyota for great service.
