Very pleasant. The sale person was informative and knowledgeable. He knew from experience how the electric car we purchased worked. And I won't lie, there is a learning curve. It's not your daddy's car or the stick shift I learned to drive in high school. What I like most is the smooth ride of luxury and the essence of power and the built in Smartness. I have owned a variety of cars, this toyota is the best. Thank you.

I got what I wanted and am very pleased with it. The only critique I have is regarding financing. Initially, I asked about manufacturer financing/ interest rate and was told with a great credit score I could get 4.99%. And when I asked about maximum length of loan terms, I was told 84 months. With that information, I was able to move forward with my purchase because it would meet my requirements for monthly payments. When it was time to complete the paperwork, I was told the interest rate was 5.49% even with an 836 credit score and maximum term was 72 months. I almost cancelled the whole thing, but my wife talked me into adding more down payment to make the payments manageable. Sales staff needs to understand that when they tell someone regarding all types of financing, they need to know what they are talking about. Aside from that issue, I was pleased with how the finalizing of all else went.

Jos was an excellent sales person. Very attentive and well informed. It made the sales process enjoyable. I'm loving the new Rav 4 hybrid and it is certainly drawing peoples eye to the Ruby Pearl.
