Way too long (4 hrs) and way too many papers to sign w/o explanation. I ended up purchasing a couple services I did not really want or (hopefully) need. Other than that, and considering the (necessary) awkwardness of the current circumstances, all went fine....

All personnel we dealt with were helpful and respected the guidelines for Corona virus that unfortunately are now in place. 5 star!

Efficient and courteous staff. Kendall Eugene offered a very competitive price on the Tacoma SR model that I could not get at my local Toyota dealer. No high pressure or the usual negatives I find at most auto dealerships. I would drive the 300 miles again to purchase a vehicle at Kendall. I shopped for 6 months and contacted 10 Toyota dealerships in California before my purchase. No Toyota dealer in California could compare to Kendall. Kendall was clearly the best overall dealership.

My experience was great. I came in knowing what I was looking for and the price points I wanted to stay within. The salesman (Jonathan) was great at meeting all the criteria I needed. The finance manager was exceptional in helping us have the proper coverage we desired for the new truck.
