In particular, I never would have purchased the vehicle without interacting with Gynell Sabotino. She was able to establish trust and sincere, two way communication. By developing her skills and knowledge further, I believe she will become a true asset by being able to rapidly establish a real rapport with a wide variety of customer. The more she knows and can articulate about each specific model and type of vehicle with all its pros and cons, the better she will do. I as also favorably impressed by Jordan and his strong ability to be truthful and clear in concisely explaining the terms of financing.
