Very happy with my overall experience. Very good customer service. I would say that the discount I received was already predetermined and that I tried to haggle the price several times, but with no luck. I would say that was my only negative experience. But overall a good experience.

The process was pretty well streamlined and all the sales staff were friendly but not schmoozy. Since we had already done our research we really appreciated being able to walk in and just buy the car and move on with our day. And we love our new Rav 4.
