Mel is the best sale rep. He is genuine and patience. The transaction went fast and smooth. He did a great job in helping us pick the right vehicle to suit our need.

Megan was my salesperson, she was very attentive and punctual on getting by to me. The only issue was not her fault, it was a miscommunication about the truck having prior damage. I was not informed about it until 4 days before my flight down there to pick-up the vehicle. This felt like either a gross oversight or like some one was trying to hide something. Then when I voiced my frustration to Bret he told me I "did not have to buy the truck", I work in sales too and when there is an issue on my end my response to my customer is never "well you don't have to buy the product" I would run out of customers very fast if that was the case. Other than that I am very happy with my vehicle and it runs great!

The experience was simple - the sales person and I traded emails on what I was looking for and on price and options. The next day we went in and did the deal within a n hour and a half. No hassle and a fair deal for us both.

I worked with Jonathan. He was awesome. Went out of his way to find exactly what I wanted. He even gave me a ride to the dealership to pick up my new truck, which was really nice. I would give him 5 stars. The only reason I gave 4 is because of the following situation (days of the week approximate): Kendall found a truck I wanted in Salem, and had it driven to Eugene on a Friday afternoon. I came in that evening, after work and spent an hour or two talking to Jonathan and driving the truck. My wife was out of cell range that evening, and I was at an all-weekend training that weekend. I told him I wanted to buy the truck but couldn't until Monday morning. Over the weekend, the truck got sold. I understand that business is business, but come on. Luckily, Jonathan worked hard to find a nearly identical truck for just a little less money. I'm really happy with his performance, but a less sophisticated consumer could have been more turned off than I was by the entire experience.
