The experience I had while buying my Tacoma was probably the best experience ever buying a new car. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I will never buy a new car anywhere else!

We were greeted by Megan with a great welcome. Megan gladly showed me and my wife different trim levels of the 2019 Highlander. We chose the Pearl white and test drive it. We were very satisfied with the drive and after making the deal on the vehicle and doing all the financing everything went very smooth and NO stress. Eric was great and provided excellent service, but the long wait (nearly three hours) for the person doing the financial paperwork was excessive. Eric Camacho kept checking on me and offering me beverages, trying to ensure me some comfort. If my ride had not already left and I needed a car to get home, I was seriously considering cancelling the purchase. As it was, I did not get home until 8:30 p.m. that evening.

We worked with Jacob and and Ann for our financing . Jacob could not have been more helpful with our questions and equally as patient when needed for his availability. He is a nice person and we enjoyed working with him. Very knowledgable as well. Ann was a pleasure to deal with as well. Warm and friendly, certainly made us feel special, not just like we were just more people buying a car. We are enjoying the car tremendously.
