Easy buying experience

I dealt with a very attractive, well dressed young lady named Raelene Musquiz. Raelene was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and made me what I feel was a very good deal. While I had to sit and wait for the financing people she sat and made small talk and generally just made the whole experience pleasant. I highly recommend her and Kendall in general as the whole experience was actually fairly pleasant. I cant seem to get your rating system to work but I rate my dealings with Raelene as excellent and I'm happy to have dealt with her.

Overall a pretty good experience. However for the amount of money I was spending on a truck it would have been nice for the salesman to simply let me know, 'for roughly the same price you could get a slightly upgraded truck.' I realize that's an "up sell" and generally frowned upon, but if it was done so without any pressure, I would have actually appreciated it, and might have considered going with a higher tier model truck.
