We were greeted as we arrived and quickly escorted to the car that we shared we were interested in purchasing. The car was still factory wrapped and while this was being addressed, we began preparing paperwork, if we did indeed purchase the car, or other. Appreciated this as it did save a lot of time in the end. We did purchase the Avalon and feel we received a fair trade in our previous car.

Just went to kendall to trade in my 2015 Toyota Tundra. I baught it used last year and just wasn't happy with it. I talked to a car salesman (Chance) and a financial manager to see if it was possible to help me out. The best choice was a brand new Toyota Tundra Sport 4x4. I got great price and my buying experience was easy! Everyone i dealt with was very professional with a positive attitude! The young man who helped me from start to finish on buying my car was awesome. He was extremely helpful and not 1 time was he pushy or did I feel pressured. From trading in my car to buying a brand new one the overall experience was great. I would highly recommend this young man to anyone I know!

Marcus was absolutely welcoming and patient as we worked our way through viewing and test driving a series of vehicles until we found exactly what we were looking for. He kept us laughing throughout the entire time we were there, even the icky financial parts. Ultimately it was by far the easiest and most painless car buying experience we have ever had.
