Absolutely love Kendall in Eugene. Our salesman Cory Nolan was extremely helpful and competitive. If not for him I don’t think we would have purchased that day. He really bent over backwards to get us what we wanted and needed.

Armondo, our salesman was very helpful and great to work with while buying the car. We are very happy with the entire experience. Toyota does have a problem though. The Navigation voice only works if I follow a convoluted start-up ritual. I took a trip to the Portland, Oregon — so heavy metro traffic — area and discovered that the nav system did NOT give me voice directions. Every thing was set up to work but NO voice guidance WHEN I NEEDED IT!!!! Driving in major city and trying to find my way by looking at the dashboard, and instrument panel screen is DANGEROUS! Upon my return home, and after following the direction in my manual as well as Toyota’s website, I took the time to Google the issue and found the silliest and most aggravating remedy as well as testimonials from other 2019 Highlander Platinum LTD owners who have encountered the same problem. Interested in how I temporarily fix the glitch? I have too push the ignition twice in succession then depress the break pedal and push it again. RIDICULOUS! This needs to be fixed before some fellow driver gets into an accident while they are trying to read the turn-by-turn directions because the voice guidance is NOT functioning! Remember the floor mat accelerator debacle? FIX THIS! Please Fix this before I start a ‘lemon law’ suit against Toyota for not seeing to this in a timely manner.

The people at Kendall Toyota are amazing! The salesman who helped as was wonderful. He was knowlagable, very nice and was not pushy like I have expireneced at other lots. He worked very hard to find a great car that fit my needs and my budget. When it was time to see the finance department, the woman we saw was also amazing. She walked us though every step and even took the time to see us several days later to answer a minor concern. After this experience I will not be going anywhere else if I am ever looking for a new car!
