Our sales representative, Megan, was the best we have ever dealt with at a car dealer and that says a lot coming from me. My wife thinks so too. She said she didn’t feel pressured at all. Megan gave us all the time we needed and explained everything about our new Rav4. We hadn't purchased a new car for 10 years and had never bought a Toyota before so we had a lot of trepidation going in. But, all went smoothly and quickly once we had decided on which Rav4 to purchase. I cannot remember the finance guy's name but he was very easy to talk to and was quite professional. All in all, we had a very good experience.

Great overall experience. Took longer than expected to do the final paperwork -3 hours. Anthony was helpful, courteous and attentive to our needs. Great job! Service dept. seems exceptional - very user friendly. First time Toyota owner after years of Subaru Outbacks and think I'm going to like it. Got the extended maintenance and warranty which adds a real sense of security.
