A really comfortable experience!

The 3 guys I interacted with during the buying process were all fine. One young guy used a couple of textbook sales techniques that made me laugh (and roll my eyes) but he was patient and informative, and spent almost 7 hours with me. When he didn't know an answer, he asked someone else and made sure I felt informed. It was clear the guys didn't want me to leave and wanted to make the sale on THAT day, but the pressure wasn't TOO bad. They made the sale and I'm happy with my truck.

Sorry, can't give a perfect score. Promised a full tank of gas. Had to go back to fill the tank and was told that the gas pump was broken, so no gas. Had they told us they didn't fill it and why, when we picked up the car, it would have been different. Now, I have to go out again to get my gas receipt paid because my car was empty when I got it.

Overall service was great.
