It's always a great car buying experience with Kendall. It's my third car that i purchased from your company, i wanted more discount than the $200 you have nevertheless it's a very fast transaction.

Got the car I was looking for a a good price. Somewhat surprised and annoyed by the additional fees packed on for "documentation", etc. Also the paperwork took a somewhat unreasonably long time. You could use a better process for people like me who aren't financing.

I appreciated that the sales people took the time to try and work the numbers so I can get payments that I am comfortable with. I also appreciate the patience that was displayed because we had lots of questions and concerns and I needed to get into a vehicle ASAP. I am extreamly happy that I could get into a car I wanted with a warranty and at a great price. The sales guy who helped me was approachable and very nice. Also the financial guy who came in to talk to us about the warranty and other add ons made me more comfortable with adding on the warranty and making it more affordable. He was a cool guy. Overall very pleased with how my experience went.
