My salesman Jason, and everyone else involved with my car purchase, made the whole buying experience the easiest I've ever had. Low key, no pressure, and an unbelievable deal that I was not expecting. Highly recommend both Jason and the dealership. This will not be my last purchase at this store. Thanks to everyone.

Great experience with salesman and others involved with my purchase. Reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because certain things were said to be included in sale of my certified pre-owned sequoia that I didn't receive, tried to contact and left message to have them call back to answer my questions and nothing yet this week. Poor follow up. Even with that I wouldn't hesitate to return.

I had the upmost respect from Mark and Anne during the negotiation process. Although Mark didn't seem to know everything there was to know about the Prius, he was totally willing to work with me on any questions I asked about features or price options. I appreciated his sense of humor and sharing stories about his family. Anne did a fantastic job of selling me on the Toyota extra care. I had opted out due to the somewhat high cost, and she lowered it and increased the coverage. I appreciate her support. The only thing that was a little disappointing was a mistake on the rebate amount, but a little over a thousand dollars. Everybody makes mistakes, so I understand, but it did let a little wind out of my sails to pay more than I thought I would at the very last stage. Anyway, I want to commend these guys for staying late and helping me drive my Prius off the lot that day.
