Armando is a great representative!

As always the folks at Kendall Toyota were very nice and made the whole purchase process easy.

I found the salesman, J.B and the financer, Nick both to be knowledgeable, genuine and patient. I did not feel any pressure at all to purchase the car. While it is their job to make money for Kendall, I believe they balanced that with giving us a good deal on my granddaughter’s new Corolla. I feel my granddaughter is much safer now, driving an affordable, dependable Toyota. Thank you.

Fast, and super impressed!

Marcus and Anne were fantastic. The experience as a whole was great except at the very end which was quite unpleasant. After purchasing a $40,000 vehicle, walking out the door With a big smile, , then sitting in my new truck wet and dirty with no floor mats was not a great finish to what was otherwise nearly perfect. I explained this to several friends and they thought it was equally bizarre. I will think twice about buying my next new vehicle at your dealership.

I'm not sure if this survey is about my purchase experience or about my visa to get a additional item installed. My purchase experience working with Armando was great. Very nice man, not pushy, very responsive. Took the time during multiple visits looking at and driving cars until we settled on our care. The visit to the service department took longer than I expected, but they were very busy. Carrie was very helpful and efficient.
