Everything was fine. I am happy with the service, and my car seems to be running great following the repair.

My advisor David did an excellent job of keeping me notified of the servicing and any changes to the plan. He answered the phone promptly and was quick in his interactions which allowed me to not waste much time with the vehicle being serviced.

This was our second purchase from the dealership and for a Toyotya product. We've had nothing but a great experience and product!

Thank you for taking care of my vehicle. i appreciate your service. i would much rather go to a toyota dealer for maintenance than to other quick service places such as jiffy lube, quikstop etc.

Only thing that was disappointing was I had to wait for 2 hours even though I made an appointment

got in promptly as promised(my lunch hour) waited on site, t.v.,magazines,coffee. FAST turn around, pointed out some recommended work, (no pressure). Great job by the service people. On the other hand the payment ladies were more interested in getting a birthday card signed that getting this customer out and on her way.

Went out of their way to address a issue I was having with my vehicle.

I took my Tundra in to get the rear brakes changed out. I did not have an appointment, but I was told that if I could leave the truck, they would get it done. As they were doing their courtesy inspection, they noticed that my Serpentine belt was routed incorrectly (thanks to a different shop that "helped" me), my belt was routed correctly, free of charge and my brakes work great. Thank you Toyota. I will definitely will recommend you to others in the area.
