They were prompt, courteous, and asked if they could put on my winter tires, even though it wasn't scheduled. They went the extra mile and finished quicker that they had estimated.

wasn't told ahead of time my 2 year oil change contract ended so paid for the service without forewarning. Techs took some time to get to me - they seemed to be milling about - didn't know who to try to work with

They pulled a nail out of one of my tires and checked tire for leaks, tire was not leaking , and they did that free of charge. They are above the normal service shop!
