I had an excellent visit to Toyota. I needed an appointment for my 50,000 mile checkup, but learned that you no longer do Saturday drop-in tune-ups. I was on a short time-frame, needing a service before driving into Denali National Park on a lottery ticket when the roads would be icy and no services available for an all-day drive into the park. The scheduling assistant was able to get me into an unexpected opening the next day. I waited for the service, having been told it would take about 1.5 hours. After 45 minutes, it was done. I hadn't even had time to finish my complimentary coffee or end a nice chat with another customer. However, when I was handed my car keys, the rubber button strip was missing from the auto-start fob. George, the service manager (?), immediately started the search. It was a very strange circumstance that had never happened to me before. After a few minutes waiting and wondering if I had the strip when I turned over the keys to Toyota service, George emerged with the key fob all fixed. A service tech had found the tiny strip on the floor of the garage pull-in area. I was pleased to be on my way again, with such good, smiling service. We own 3 vehicles that are serviced at Fairbanks Kendall for at least 10 years and have never had a complaint that was worth mentioning. Thank you, Anna

Kendall always has top notch service. From the day I called them about some preventative service and a couple of other things I needed looked at like my passenger window not rolling down to my front bumper being loose they made me an appointment the next morning. I dropped my car off and the tech called me back saying they needed to do additional tests and needed to keep it over night so I agreed. I was able to pick up my car at 11am the next day. Had to pay for the oil change only and the rest is warranty work. Thanks Kendall.

Great Service. A part was installed and I asked for an oil change. The Service Manager kept me in the loop about when the vehicle would be ready for pick-up. I appreciate the professionalism at Kendall. Thank you.

You service adviser Dave was so helpful and wonderful. We had to have our Air conditioner/Heater condenser and whatever else goes into it replaced. He advised me of the problem, had the parts ordered and called when I should come back in to have it done. This was most helpful, because We live 200 miles from the Toyota Dealership in Fairbanks. Would give all of my friends wonderful information about dealing with your service dept. Thank You!!
