Bought a Certified 2013 Limited Highlander in January and was having serious problems with OE battery sulfating/corroding battery hold-down components, etc. Could not get resolved dealing with Service dept, but finally had a meeting with General Manager who took care of the problem for us in a few hours. Only 4 stars due to hassle of having to get GM involved, esp since we live 100 miles from the dealership. Many thanks to GM Diego Kelly for getting it fixed for us. Otherwise, our dealings with Fairbanks Kendall have been very good. And, if something doesn't seem right, don't hesitate to go see GM and voice your concern...he may be able to help if it is valid.

We just moved to the outlying area of Fairbanks and had to take our vehicle in for winterizing. Our service scheduler (David) was amazing and very helpful. He gave accurate quotes in advance, kept us updated throughout the process, and was able to help us with our needs in the most cost effective manner. We walked away very happy.

Estimated costs were accurate and service was completed ahead of schedule. Service was thorough and complete.
