I had a very pleasant experience at Kendell VW of Bend. We were not pressured by the salesmen (we had two) and both of them answered all of our questions and were great to work with. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and coworkers.

Always easy to schedule within a short amount of time. Intake prior to service is thorough and considerate. I feel that my concerns or questions are heard. Mitch is always friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. The quality of the service is excellent.

The problem with my CD player did not get fixed, but I think a good effort was made to identify the problem. It took two full days to service it and check out CD player.

Your employees serviced our car as quickly and accurately as possible. We love our"Bug" and will be servicing with you in the future. Also, we want to thank you for catching the expiration of our mayor examination.", that shows class when you treat a customer in the customer's favor as opposed to the company's favor.
