A little attention to detail with maintenance. I had my storage unit burglarized because the latch on the storage unit was not a 'Security Latch'. It was pretty much a gate latch instead not designed for doors or to be securly locked.

Have not really had maintenance of the apt since COVID/Helene. The work requested with leaks, key locks had not been able to be handled. Believe Brian will now tackle a buildup of issues, appliance issues... Glad he is on board. Excellent follow thru on his visit, prompt, handled many concerns, even the possibility of the apt paint, which has not been resolved over years. Wish the exterior of the building at the back parking lot entrance was repaired and maintained. Embarrassing entry for residents. Appreciate the overall improvement of interior cleanliness of halls, trash, parking lots.Makes a huge difference. Thanks.
