I want to highlight how wonderful Brooke has been since the very beginning — she rented to me during COVID and made the whole process feel safe and welcoming. Matt has also been great, and Rob in maintenance continues to be incredibly reliable, especially with his experience during Hurricane Helene. Brian has been very responsive and helpful with recent concerns, including the bathroom mold issue.This is a historic building, and the team works hard. I did go through six months of construction when Corey attempted to replace my AC/heat, and I lived in a construction zone during that time. (Emailed corp with history & pics) Because of that experience, I’m a little nervous about future construction or mold remediation taking a long time again. I truly love living here, and I hope the building can get the maintenance support it needs so issues can be handled efficiently. I want to continue recommending this community to others.

Maintenance came up promptly to look at the problem (dishwasher would not drain) and gave me an idea about possible resolution. I was out of town and the dishwasher was replaced, also promptly. I haven't had the chance to use it yet but am very glad to have it.Thanks.

Rob was at my apartment working on my entrance door when I told him about my disposal issue. I was going to complete the request but by the time I got in there it looked as if he'd already submitted one for me which I very much appreciate. I was surprised to come home one day and it was done and now drops everything up like a dream! Good work and thank you a million times over Rob!

I'm sorry to be late in submitting this review. The issue with my bathroom door not latching was repaired quickly and well. The issue with the bedroom mini-split was taken care of by replacement of the old unit, which is a tremendous improvement. The service in both cases was rapid and efficient.

A little attention to detail with maintenance. I had my storage unit burglarized because the latch on the storage unit was not a 'Security Latch'. It was pretty much a gate latch instead not designed for doors or to be securly locked.

Everything with the first request is great. I'm still waiting on an update on my second request. Thank you for all you do

Have not really had maintenance of the apt since COVID/Helene. The work requested with leaks, key locks had not been able to be handled. Believe Brian will now tackle a buildup of issues, appliance issues... Glad he is on board. Excellent follow thru on his visit, prompt, handled many concerns, even the possibility of the apt paint, which has not been resolved over years. Wish the exterior of the building at the back parking lot entrance was repaired and maintained. Embarrassing entry for residents. Appreciate the overall improvement of interior cleanliness of halls, trash, parking lots.Makes a huge difference. Thanks.
