The maintenance team here is super. They are punctual and get the job done. Quite easy to work with

Originally, there were so few maintenance workers that it took months to get a maintenance request completed. My only complaint is with timeliness. The maintenance job itself was well done and the worker who came to my apartment was kind and professional. Another thing I noticed was there doesn't seem to be much maintenance done between tenants. When I arrived to my apartment it was clean at face value, but upon further inspection, there was mold in all the appliances, and the AC wall units do not seem to have ever been cleaned. These are all things I can totally do myself while living there, but I would have liked for them to have been done before I moved in so I had a clean slate to start with and could move in to usable appliances. For example, I could not use the washing machine when I first moved in because I had to deep clean the mold out of all the crevices first. Same with the dishwasher and the water dispenser on the fridge. Either way I am very happy with the apartment and love living here, I'm just noting this because I think it's helpful feedback for the future!

Wonderful service

This maintenance team is great. The only issue I’ve had was lack of follow up on getting new blinds and I’ve been waiting for a year at this point and follow up when it comes to clearing the backyard area of debris from weather, but otherwise they’re very quick and efficient

All good!👍

While service increased the amount of heat, on cold days, even with two space heaters running full blast, the temperature in the living room barely makes it to 65

The team here is awesome. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. THE BEST!

They work above my expectations. This is an old building

🙏🏽

Responsive day to day maintenance is acted upon by specific request. Proactive maintenance and experienced diagnosis of decade old issues have only been addressed and resolved by our recently terminated Maintenance Manager, Kory Stater. He was both a leader training current maintenance staff, improved all aspects of repair and replacements, was a positive spirit with a keen work ethic that pushed back against non effective work habits. It is a critical loss for the building and residents. Shame on the system with further human resource involvement did not reach out to assist and resolve inconsistent concerns of a few for an overachieving contributor to our community.
