As an old building, I hope that the building's management company will to continue to extend such support to the management of this building.

While minor issues are repaired in a timely manner, we do have some longstanding cosmetic issues that need to fixed and have been reported regularly. These include the upstairs bedroom air conditioner and the downstairs bathroom ceiling.

Well, if you want the truth, I'll tell you. This is an old building and it takes more than two men to keep up with all of the breakdowns. if it was built 10 years ago, you could get away with two guys taking care of it. You are understaffed. The harder you work them the more likely it is that they are going to leave. training people to work at Kenilworth is no small thing. I even wonder if you have an operations manual. if you don't, you need to create it.!!! Sincerely 🦋 Layne
