Responsive day to day maintenance is acted upon by specific request. Proactive maintenance and experienced diagnosis of decade old issues have only been addressed and resolved by our recently terminated Maintenance Manager, Kory Stater. He was both a leader training current maintenance staff, improved all aspects of repair and replacements, was a positive spirit with a keen work ethic that pushed back against non effective work habits. It is a critical loss for the building and residents. Shame on the system with further human resource involvement did not reach out to assist and resolve inconsistent concerns of a few for an overachieving contributor to our community.

Thanks for the greatly improved elevator conditions and we look forward to introduction of the new keyless security access. The groundsand common areas look good.

my service request was very promptly responded to in a very thorough manner. the maintenance crew very quickly replaced my water heater and i was very satisfied with their work.

As an old building, I hope that the building's management company will to continue to extend such support to the management of this building.
