I haven’t received any communication other than the initial thank you for communicating with us email. I had inquired about a cottage that had just become available from the former tenant who vacated that unit.

Hello! While I'm overall very satisfied with the service and maintenance here at Kenilworth Inn, it's a struggle to know how best to make service requests. I've tried emailing and making a request within the resident portal; though, it's often weeks before I hear from someone. It would be wonderful to simply receive some updates as to when the maintenance request is likely to be completed. Thanks for taking this into consideration. And thank you for all you do to make Kenilworth Inn an incredible place to call home. :)

You apparently did not have any units available for my target date buy instead of offering to contact me when any units did become available the in onus was thrown back to me for followup which is ok too but they could have been more inviting.

I really like Kenilworth Inn, and have been planning to be there indefinitely. That plan has been thrown into uncertainty by the unjustified and excessive rent increases. I appreciate the management staff and their responsiveness, and my recent maintenance requests were handled very promptly.
