We will not be leasing for at least a year; however, I am just looking to see what is “out there”.

Nobody responded back to me about any available units. Not a word, that I am aware of.

I lived there from 2005-2010. I took refuge after losing home in Hurricane Katrina I was on 2nd floor then LL15. Transferring back to region was looking into possibly returning to the inn. I didn’t hear from anyone til now after the auto reply.

Since Kory joined the team, there has been a significant improvement overall. The main issue for us is that we have several interior cosmetic issues that need to be fixed that we have notified management of over the years. Specifically, our bedroom AC unit is missing a cover and there are water stains around the AC extending to the floor and uncovered hoses. It is what we see from our bed. There is an attic opening that has large bat urine stains around it that need to be removed/painted. There is a place on our bathroom ceiling where the roof leaked and mildewed that needs to be repaired. There is wall in our second bedroom where a hole was cut in the wall to install something electrical that was never repaired. It would be great is these non-emergency issues could be repaired. While it appears Kenilworth is going to great efforts to replace appliances and heating/AC units and maintain the exterior and interior public areas, I am hopeful our interior issues will be addressed at some point.Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback!
