The best thing that ever happened here is getting that new maintenance man whose name I have forgotten The one hired after Rob.I think communicating with residents when a service order cannot be completed when originally scheduled. That way residents are not left wondering for days. Things happen. And people would appreciate knowing

Although the new hot water heater the maintenance team installed to replace the old one turned out to be faulty, the team persisted until it was repaired and hot water was restored before a long weekend.
