The pigeons are driving me crazy. No top mention the health hazards they present. I have asthma, and COPD. This presents an even greater problem for me with the type of diseases they carry. For this reason I may have to relocate at my next lease. Other than that severe problem for me it's been a good experience.

Please don’t go up on my rent. I can’t afford it

Never got a tour.Sabrina is not helpful. It gives she don’t want to be there. Couldn’t even respond to my emails after stating if I have questions I can call or email. She did respond to either.I’m working with another leasing agent now she at least is showing empathy and concern.I still don’t know if I want to purse the Kensley though.

As much was perceived had been addressed when concerns were presented as inquiry. The team definitely made me feelinformed about my decision. Frankly, anticipating a positive outcome in the results that follow.

The people that are the tenant are very nice. The maint personal in the property are very greetful and the property is well kept.
