Because I had in advance everything or all necessary information and every paperwork I needed for moving out.

The maintenance was on time

Sarah Torres ,and Coyia Cleveland are The Greatest,they gets the job done,and The Maintenance Team,are very professional,they treat you like family,and they make it their business to fix whatever is broken, when they say just relax and we will fix it, believe them,they gets the job done,no hesitation, I'm going to miss you all, Keep Up The GREAT WORK ❤️💯😄

Because these apartments need help these are not really good apartments nothing gets fixed and

I was there for 4 plus years..and I didn't have many problems and when I did they was more than willing to solve the problem as soon asap.

Don’t give single black mothers a chance just flat out rude

The ladies in the office are not nice. Only Mia is sweet but as for Sara and coy they are not professional or nice at all to the tenant. I was at kensley for 6 years and everything changed when these ladies got there. I think Sara was there but then she changed. I glad I left it was about time.

Extremely limited parking availability and highly visible amounts of trash
