Fairfield needs to meet DHS and get them to some upgrades on the units. New dishwashers as well as appliances are very much needed. Mrs. Cleveland needs a budget to work with every month just like every other Sr managers that are in property management companies. mmmmmmmm man=====managers

I had the mistake of my rent account not going through . I wasn’t able to pay with my card or a money order. It’s not stated in the lease but the history from 2022 is not listed on the portal. I wasn’t able told that it was . It would be nice if we know who the manager of the property was and any new person who are in the office . As aways the maintenance is great.
