I had the mistake of my rent account not going through . I wasn’t able to pay with my card or a money order. It’s not stated in the lease but the history from 2022 is not listed on the portal. I wasn’t able told that it was . It would be nice if we know who the manager of the property was and any new person who are in the office . As aways the maintenance is great.

Living here in Kingsley apartment homes it's a very pleasant experience the maintenance people are very nice office people managers are very nice and it's very quiet for me.

I was there for 4 plus years..and I didn't have many problems and when I did they was more than willing to solve the problem as soon asap.

We didn’t see an available unit like we were told .
