Communication inconsistent. Service was good and explanations of the service were good.

This is the place to go. Everyone in there had such a good vibe, everyone was happy smiling, as if they enjoyed being there which is rare. Jack helped me so much, more then he had to. I will be going here for everything! I'll be doing my brakes, my shocks, flushes/drain anything you can name. I will be back soon. Talking on the phone , made me feel welcome. So I stopped in an9d was very pleased with all. They took care what needed to be done. The whole store was a very busy, but they took care of us . As busy as they were, they took the time to let you know, what was going on. Thank You.

Jack and the front end team were welcoming. Most of all Jack was consultative rather than selling. He looked up what it would cost to address my concerns, made a suggestion in reference to the least expensive item in priority. That’s a friend! Blessings

I haven't been here in awhile because I have a new car but the service is still great. I have gone to Kerry for over 30 years!

I had my Jeep dropped at Kerry's because it wouldn't start. I changed the camshaft sensor, crackshaft sensor, the throttle position sensor and a couple other ones. Turns out the engine was finished. Connor didn't try to jerk me around. He told me the truth right up front. He was honest and I appreciated that. The only mark against Kerry's is it got lost in the shovel for an extra day. Other than that Kerry's is a solid trustworthy business.
