Konner in the front office was super helpful with getting me scheduled. And Brady did an amazing service on my oil change on my truck, he ran into an issue with the oil pan bolt being stripped but he was able to ask a more experienced tech Alias who was able to assist him on ordering the right bolt and make sure there was no further damage to my oil pan. Great group of people and very professional.

Always have a good experience with this shop but the markups on parts is a bit ridiculous. As a former Auto shop owner, I understand labor costs but the price for some parts is a bit unnerving. Will continue to come but am concerned about markups.
