Jay and the Kerry’s Car Care team were incredible! Our 2016 Kia Soul needed a new catalytic converter. This was our first time using Kerr’s and I’m so glade we did. By the time we dropped the car off Jay already had the parts needed to complete the work. He even gave us a coupon to put towards the final price. I had my 2020 Subaru Outback towed to Kerry’s Car Care. Rick was assigned to handle the repair of my car. I purchased a Car Shield Warranty, as I was approaching 100,000 miles in Nov 2925. I had 4000 miles to go. 3 months later, my engine went down. I waited a week, until Rick was able to get a response on repairing the car. I had to provide all my maintenance records, before they finally send out one of their inspectors to check the car. During all this time, I was the one initiating all the phone calls to Rick, he wasn’t very positive, at one point he told me he didn’t like dealing with this warranty companies, that I should just come and get my car. I personally went to see Rick, and I called Car shield while I was there, and they told him what to do. Ridiculous. So the following week, I call back to get a status from Rick, I am told he was no longer working there. He was fired. I wasn’t surprised, his attitude and customer skills were horrible. Jay was now in charge of my car. I could not be happier!! He was so understanding and let me know exactly when the engine was coming in, what they were doing. They had a programmer come in, they test drove the car, gave it a front end alignment, oil change, test drove it again and let me know it was ready to go. My car is running better then before! I trust Jay will continue to provide me the best customer service in the future. He called me a few days later, to know how the car was running. He asked that I bring it in next week, so he can check fluids and make sure everything is running ok. I appreciate him so much!!! I will continue to service my car there. Thanks a million to Jay, and all his technicians.

Now that Rick (old manager) has been fired this place is back to being a top notch h facility! Highly recommend for all your mechanical needs!
