Great experience, checked in less than 5 minutes and the oil change and tire rotation was finished in less than 1/2 hour. Rep. explained the inspection results and recommended future items to consider.This was a pleasant no pressure experience which will bring me back again the next time I have car service needs. I am from Tucson and ran into vehicle troubles while in Gilbert. Amongst many complications, the team at Kerry’s simplified the process by providing an above and beyond level of support. Great overall service and a positive end result that I would trust from them again if needed. I would highly recommend them and appreciate what they did for me.

Argued with the employee about the exact reason he said the engine failed and why it was there fault but then get told that there’s no proof that this part caused any of this and the employees had no reason to look for why the sensors tripped and needed replaced in the first place.
